Hey all!

I know probably many of you have been perusing the fabulous remix site, remix_redux, over the past week, but I just wanted to take the time to point out a few stories in particular.

First off, thank you thank you thank you to my still-as-yet-not-revealed remixer!  He/She chose to remix a really, really, really random drabble of mine from the SV fandom.  You can find it here:  Play Ball.

My remixer took this truly bizarre drabble and turned it into a lovely read of the Lex/Lionel relationship in the early seasons of the show.  The prose is lovely, the characters well understood, and the remix itself is quite clever.  You can find  it at Play Ball: The Tape Measure Blast Remix.  I'll let you know when I find out the identity of the author!

As for my remix, I worked on a treatment of the wonderful intl_princess' West Wing story, Temperance, which is set during the flashbacks that we see in the season two opener, "In the Shadow of Two Gunmen, Part I."  International Princess gave us a glimpse into Toby's perspective as he anticipated his firing by the new Democratic candidate, Jed Bartlet. 

I decided to take on Cal Mathis' point of view in this very same scene.  As the man who ACTUALLY gets fired, Cal was an interesting bit character to me and a nice juxtaposition to Toby Ziegler.
